What is your turnaround time?

• Real estate photos: Delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on the weekday of the shoot

• Family photos: Delivered within approximately 2 weeks

What should I do to prepare my home or listing for photos?

We recommend:

• Cleaning and decluttering

• Staging rooms for presentation

• Removing cars from the driveway

Do you offer virtual staging or floor plans?

Yes! Virtual staging, floor plans, and other add-ons are available upon request. Let us know your needs when booking.

What happens if it rains on the scheduled shoot day?

We monitor the weather closely. If bad weather could impact your shoot, we’ll reach out to reschedule or pivot to interior-only coverage. Gray skies? Don’t worry—we can transform them into beautiful blue skies with editing.

Can I be on-site during the shoot?

You’re welcome to be present, but it’s not required. Just make sure the home is photo-ready and accessible.
